Nature of services

HHMeds is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent licensed clinicians in the LocumTele network and to pharmacy services provided by Rush Pharmacy. HHMeds does not practice medicine or pharmacy. All clinical decisions rest solely with the treating providers.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be physically located in a state we serve. We do not serve California.
• You must request treatment for yourself and provide accurate, complete information.

No guarantee of prescription

Completing an intake or paying a consultation fee does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. A provider prescribes only when it is clinically appropriate.

Fees

All fees are disclosed before checkout. Consultation fees may be non-refundable once a provider has begun review. Medication charges apply only if a prescription is issued and you proceed.

Prohibited use

• Do not order or request an evaluation on behalf of another person.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, location, age, or medical history.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, HHMeds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
