Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This policy explains what can and cannot be refunded, and how to request a refund.

Prescription medications

For patient safety and supply-chain integrity, dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned, resold, or refunded once it leaves the pharmacy.

Consultation fees

Consultation fees are refundable if a provider has not yet begun review. Once review has started, the fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome, because it pays for the clinician's professional time.

Orders that have not shipped

If your prescription has been approved but not yet packaged, the order may be canceled for a refund of the medication portion. Contact us as quickly as possible so we can reach the pharmacy before it ships.

Defective or damaged shipments

Do not use medication that arrives damaged, compromised, or at an incorrect temperature. Contact Chris@HHMeds.com within 7 days so Rush Pharmacy can investigate and, where appropriate, replace it.

How to request a refund

Email Chris@HHMeds.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

A doctor may request a video call if needed.
