Shipping Policy

Orders are dispensed and shipped by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed U.S. pharmacy, after a licensed provider issues a prescription. HHMeds does not store, package, or ship medication.
Processing
Provider review typically takes 1–2 business days. Once a prescription is issued, the pharmacy generally processes it the same or next business day.
Delivery time
Most packages arrive 3–5 business days after leaving the pharmacy. Actual transit time varies by carrier and destination.
Packaging
Shipments use discreet outer packaging with no external reference to the medication or any condition.
Where we ship
We ship to 49 U.S. states. We do not ship to California, and we do not ship internationally.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking is emailed when the pharmacy hands your package to the carrier. Report lost or damaged shipments to Chris@HHMeds.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the pharmacy to investigate.
