Information we collect

• Medical intake information you submit for provider review.
• Order and payment metadata. Card data is handled directly by our payment processor; HHMeds does not store full card numbers.
• Device, log, and cookie data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

How we use information

• Route your intake to a licensed provider in the LocumTele network.
• Arrange dispensing and shipping through Rush Pharmacy when a prescription is issued.
• Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• Meet legal, regulatory, and safety compliance obligations.

Sharing

We share information with LocumTele providers who evaluate you, with Rush Pharmacy for dispensing and shipping, and with service providers such as hosting, analytics, and payment vendors that support the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing Chris@HHMeds.com. Some records must be retained under pharmacy and medical recordkeeping law and cannot be deleted on request.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

HHMeds is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
