Prescription required

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription-only medications. HHMeds does not sell or ship prescription medication without a valid prescription issued by a licensed provider after a clinical evaluation.

No guarantee of a prescription

Completing an intake or paying the consultation fee does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The provider prescribes only when treatment is clinically appropriate.

Licensed providers

Clinical services are provided by independent clinicians in the LocumTele network, licensed in the patient's state. HHMeds does not direct clinical judgment. Patients may request the reviewing provider's credentials.

Licensed pharmacy

Prescriptions are dispensed by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed U.S. pharmacy. HHMeds does not store, repackage, compound, or ship medication itself, and does not source medication outside the regulated U.S. supply chain.

Controlled substances

HHMeds does not offer or facilitate controlled substances. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are not controlled substances.

Eligibility

• Adults 18 and older.
• Physically located in a state we serve; we do not serve California.
• Requesting an evaluation for yourself.
• Providing accurate, complete information.

Marketing and claims standards

• No claims beyond approved or evidence-supported use.
• No fear-based, urgency, scarcity, or pressure marketing.
• No discounts or incentives tied to obtaining a prescription.
• No patient testimonials or before/after imagery presented as proof of outcomes.
• Pricing is disclosed before payment.

Advertising, affiliates, and referrals

We do not pay per-prescription commissions. Compensation to any partner, affiliate, or referral source is never tied to the outcome of a clinical evaluation.

Adverse events and side effects

Stop the medication and contact your provider if you experience a concerning reaction. Call 911 in an emergency. You may report to FDA MedWatch or 1-800-FDA-1088, and please also notify Chris@HHMeds.com.

Medication safety and disposal

Store medication as directed on the label, never share prescription medication, and dispose of unused medication and sharps through an authorized take-back program or an approved sharps container.

Complaints and concerns

Email Chris@HHMeds.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 15. You may also contact your state board of medicine or pharmacy.

Reporting misuse of our brand

If you see a site, ad, or message using the HHMeds name that does not appear to be ours, report it to Chris@HHMeds.com.

Website security and privacy

The site is served over HTTPS. Information is handled per our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice. Card data is handled by our payment processor.
